The service

These terms apply to the JolieCarte app, published by NETWEB ZT, 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. The app lets you choose, personalize, and share greeting cards. It is free to use with ads; a JolieCarte account and the Ad-Free subscription are optional.

Using the cards

You may use JolieCarte features to create and send cards to people you know. You remain responsible for messages and other content you add and must have the necessary rights to use them. Do not use the service to distribute illegal content, harass anyone, impersonate someone, or send unsolicited bulk messages. Access to the cards does not transfer intellectual property rights in the content provided.

Ad-Free subscription

The subscription removes ads from the JolieCarte app only, for the paid period. It is billed once a year at the price shown by your store before confirmation and renews automatically each year unless canceled before renewal. Without a subscription, the app remains free with ads. Apple or Google Play processes payment.

Cancellation and restoration

You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple or Google Play account subscriptions using the links below. Uninstalling the app or deleting your JolieCarte account does not cancel this subscription. After cancellation, ad-free access remains available until the paid period ends, subject to applicable refund rights. Restore in the Ad-Free offer lets you recover a purchase using the store account that made it. Refund requests follow the store procedures and applicable rights.

Account, data, and support

A JolieCarte account is optional and can be deleted in settings. The Privacy Policy explains the data processed and how to exercise your rights. For service questions or to report a problem, use Settings > Contact us. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
